Working Principle

The flow meter works with the double spiral rotor rotation mode for measurement. The rotating rotor installed on the smooth shaft rotates under the impulse of the fluid, and the blade on the rotor sweeps through the detection device to generates an electric pulse signal. The number of electrical pulse signals, within a certain flow range, is proportional to the flow rate. The flow converter processes and calculates the electrical pulse signal and displays the fluid flow in the pipeline.
