1.About us

Huaxing Steel is a family-owned company, originally formed in 1982.  Having built a solid reputation as one of Chinese most skilful, successful, reliable and trustworthy steel fabricators, the company enjoys continued success, working on some of Chinese most high profile projects including airport, Hospital, and  pedestrian suspension bridge.

2.Steel Erection & Cladding

We have vastly experienced contract managers who supervise the smooth planning and day to day running of each project.

The contract manager liaises with the client to ensure proper communication and high levels of performance on all aspects of the project from site erection and administration.

We employ our own highly trained site construction workforce. Working closely with the project contracts manager, they are involved in the following tasks:

Steel erection

Cladding

Roof metal Decking

Safety Netting

Fire Painting

All our sites are monitored on a regular basis by our Health and Safety manager.

3.Project case: Zibo Lanxiang School project

Faced with a restrictive design and fabrication schedule we were contracted to supply exterior walkway gantries, plant room and service yard steelwork for a 9 million, 5 storey central Zhanhua concrete construction to house a new scientific academic research and teaching facility. The site location resulted in a close proximity to existing and functioning office buildings, amplifying the need for accurate and safe construction of the buildings steel aspects.

4.Our ERP system are connecting our dwg engineering with production more and more deeply.

Integration is further extended into the fabrication and construction operation with issues seamlessly passed to the production floor allowing components to be routed directly to the correct CNC machine where data produced by the modelling software is used to automatically process individual members before being passed to assembly and welding bays which utilise accurate detail drawings produced from the project model.

5.HEALTH AND SAFETY

The first responsibility of us is the welfare of its people.

We implement continuous Health & Safety training from the factory floor to the boardroom. We monitor and regularly audit procedures and systems to ensure learning and improvement and we run a Green Card scheme to highlight safe working practices.

6.Our project in Africa

In West Africa our buildings are almost everywhere, from Mauri, Senegal, Liberia, the Ivory Coast, Benin,Dahomey, Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea right down to the Congos and Angola. For Zambia we made a hovercraft hangar.

A multi-storey hotel building at Banjul in The Gambia is helping the tourist trade whilst further up the riverKanifing are a variety of stores and warehouse buildings. We also supplied all the steelwork for the new fish and meat market.
